Changes to planned or actual date and time of disconnection/reconnection of TSO shall be submitted as updates to the originally published information. Changes to the planned or actual date and time of service suspension and reestablishment on European platform shall be submitted as updates to the originally published information. |

The detailed description outlined above allows data consumers to distinguish “temporary incidents linked to the complexity of the real-time processes and the limitations of the IT systems, with an expected duration longer than 5 minutes and shorter than 30 minutes” as foreseen by aFRR IF art. 3.10. |
