1. How do I change my Email address?
The email address in the My Account Settings menu is used for your login and cannot be changed. If you need to use your account with a new email address, please re-register as a new user, and then inform ENTSO-E that your old account should be deleted.
2. How do I change my Password? For how long it remains valid?
If you need to change your password, then please follow the instructions over here. Your password will remain valid for 183 days. Once it is expired, you will be prompted to change your password upon TP login.
3. How do I cancel or delete my Registered User account?
Only the platform administrator can delete accounts. If you want to delete your account, please send an email message to ENTSO-E at transparency@entsoe.eu from the email address used to create your account.
4. How can I download/export data reports?
On the data view page, click on the Export Data button. This will open a dropdown list of available formats: XML, XLSX, ZIP or CSV. Click on the file format of your choice, and the file will download to your computer.
5. How do I customise my own Dashboard?
As a Registered User, you can customise your Dashboard to include data views that display in either map or graph/table formats.
When you are on a map or graph/table, you will see one of two links:
• Add the current map to the Dashboard, or
• Add current table to Dashboard
When you click on this link, it will open the Dashboard template, and you then click on the Add to dashboard button in the area you want to place the current data view (widget). The Dashboard template contains 6 separate areas that you can customise.
6. How do I set up a data feed?

Please note, that the data feed function is a machine-to-machine (M2M) function, and so for corporate users who want to integrate data with their IT services.

7. How can I access historic data that was previously published on entsoe.net before January 2015?
All the data previously published on entsoe.net between 2011 and 5 January 2015 has been migrated and packaged for download in either XLXS or XML files. You can access this via the Transparency Platform File Library under folder TP_Legacy_Publications: File Library Guide
8. When will ENTSO-E delete my account?
ENTSO-E reserves the right to delete email accounts after one year of inactivity. Account deletion will permanently delete all the information associated with your account.
9. How do I request to delete my account?
Please contact us at transparency@entsoe.eu in order to request the deletion of your account
