Regulation text	Transfer capacities allocated between bidding zones in Member States and third countries per direction, per allocated product and period. The information shall be published no later than one hour after the allocation.
Detailed description	All capacity products must be published for all time frames. Implicit allocations with third countries shall be reported according to the standards set for TR articles 11.1.a and 12.1.e. At the discretion of the data provider, explicit allocations with third countries may alternatively be reported according to the standards set for TR articles 11.1.a, 12.1.a and 12.1.c, as applicable. For each capacity allocation, the following attributes shall be reported: - time horizon - delivery period - in area - out area - capacity product - the allocated capacity expressed in MW. As from 24th December 2016 (date when the Transparency Regulation becomes applicable in the Energy Community), the transfer capacity allocation with the Energy Community contracting parties should normally be reported as for the countries of the European Union.
