CurveType=A01 vs CurveType=A03

The XMLs exports from the Transparency Platform website, returned by the REST API and provided via subscription usally contain the field curveType.

Variable-sized blocks (CurveType=A03) are widely used for the storage and transmission of data in the new Transparency Platform technology because they optimize the size of the stored and transmitted data.
